This program is designed as a professional certification at EQF Level 6, intended to unify and bridge existing DOE Malaysia Certified Environmental Professionals (CePs) into one integrated pathway, aligned with international standards and sustainability frameworks. The CEPM (L6) program comprises 14 modules, including core environmental compliance, ESG integration and a capstone project. To equip certified environmental professionals (CePs holders) with the bridgeable advanced knowledge, skills and competencies required to obtain the international qualifications at Level 6 European Qualification Frameworks (EQF), enhancing global mobility and international professional recognition, especially for Malaysia EiMAS (Malaysia Institute of Environment, Institut Alam Sekitar Malaysia) CePs holders.

• Understand environmental laws, regulations, and compliance practices at national and international levels.
• Apply technical environmental skills for monitoring, analysis, and informed decision-making.
• Implement sustainable environmental management practices, including waste reduction and ESG or ISO-based strategies.
• Identify risks, apply safety measures, and uphold professional ethics in environmental practice.
• Develop practical environmental solutions through applied projects or real industry case studies.

• Certified Environmental Professionals (CePs) under DOE Malaysia (e.g., CePSWaM, CePIETSO, CePEOEIA, etc.) who want to upgrade to international recognition.
• Diploma / STPM / MQF Level 4 equivalent holders with at least 2 years’ working experience in the environmental field.
